It has come to our attention that some members are having a hard time getting help on the server, so we would like to discuss the various methods and procedures to get helped more efficiently.

Firstly, let's look at the methods available for getting help.

In Game Ticket System:
The ticket system is server specific, and is seen, attended to and managed by Moderators and Admins.
Usage is as follows: /ticket <describe issue here>
The status of your ticket can be checked using /tickets
When you create a ticket, it logs your location so when a staff member takes your ticket, it will teleport them to that location.

Website Ticket System:
A ticket can be logged on the website by selecting the 'Support' and 'Tickets' tab above.

Forum Post:
Posting on the forum is useful for errors or issues requiring in depth explaining or screenshots.
You may find similar problems or the info you are looking for by searching the forums.

RSAcraft Server Help

Teamspeak:
If you would like to speak with a staff member, you can join the Staff Assistance room on Teamspeak.
A staff member may see you there and help you, or you may request a staff member to come online.
A staff member may however choose to help you on a different platform for any reason.


In Game Notification:
All staff can see help notifications, you may use this command however it may not be very effective:
/helpop <describe issue here>
This command is server specific.


Skype:
We are available on Skype after hours for urgent issues, feel free to add me: TheNoiseZA
I will reply as soon as possible.

To get help more efficiently, these systems need to be used for the right purposes.

Vote / Rank issues:
Please make a ticket in the Lobby, as it is the server where votes are registered, and ranks and commands are synced from across the servers.
Please note, if you have not joined some of the servers at least once, then commands will not be issued on those servers:

Griefing / Location Issues:
If someone is griefing you, or you find issues at a certain location for example a deathtrap, offensive builds etc, please submit an in game ticket at the location.

Issues With Members:
Please open an in game ticket and explain the situation.
If you require the information to be confidential, please submit a ticket via the website.


Connection Problems:
Please follow basic troubleshooting on your side before requesting help:
Restart your router, check if problem is fixed. If not,
Restart your PC, check if problem is fixed, if not, please post in the
Connection Error Thread
Please note that some VPN connections to RSAcraft are blocked, please ensure you are not using one.

Forgot Password:
Please open a ticket on the website, we will attend as soon as possible.

Changed Account:
Please note that if you change your account name it will be your responsibility to transfer in game credits and claims to the new account.
We will assist with transferring Ranks and Votes only.
Please open a ticket on the website regarding Rank / Vote transfers.
You will be required to prove ownership of previous account.
